Important Instructions for Customers & Resellers

  1. Take a clear photo of the parcel from the top immediately after receiving it, ensuring that the shipping label is clearly visible. This is required to verify our shipment.

  2. Start the unboxing video with a complete 360° view of the parcel. Make sure all sides of the package are clearly visible. This is required to verify whether the parcel has been tampered with or damaged during transit.

  3. Record the entire unpacking process in one continuous video. Make sure the video clearly shows the parcel being opened and all items/components inside the package.

  4. Clearly show any physical damage, defects, missing items, or signs of usage in the same video.

  5. The video must be a single, continuous, unedited clip. Edited, cut, or incomplete videos may not be accepted as valid evidence for a claim.

Important

For damage, missing-item, or replacement claims, the unboxing video will be used as the primary evidence for verification.

Please ensure that you follow all the above instructions carefully to avoid delays or rejection of your claim.
